What is a two-state solution?

However, it has not become a reality due to failed peace talks, logistical issues, expanding Israeli settlements, Palestinian terrorism, and periodic conflicts. Over time, both Palestinians and Israelis have lost faith in the two-state solution.

Four-day Israel-Hamas truce
The four-day cease-fire is the first in seven weeks since Hamas massacred 1,200 people and returned 240 captives to Gaza.
