America is in debt day by day..!? Why..?

It seems that if the funds are not released by march 1, the activities of many government departments in the country will stop. Everyone considers America as the superpower and the biggest country in the world. The government of such a country is now pulling the wagon as if it is a hundred years of life. It seems that if the funds are not released by march 1, the activities of many government departments in the country will stop. Besides, it is said that there will be a situation where many government employees will have to be temporarily removed from their duties.
The leaders of both houses of Congress, the American Parliament, have already announced that they have reached a temporary agreement to avoid this situation. Speaker of the house of Representatives, the lower house of the Parliament, Mike Johnson revealed that some funds will be released to keep the government running. It is noteworthy that this is the fourth time in the last five months that the government has run with such rush funds. Against this background, the bills of agriculture, transport, and home departments will be passed before march 8, and the bills of defense and foreign affairs departments will be passed on march 22 and steps will be taken to prevent the collapse of the government's financial system. Meanwhile, in the house of Representatives, which is the lower house, the opposition Republicans have a majority over the incumbent Democrats. Democrats have a majority in the upper house, the Senate. But this majority is small. As a result, Republicans in the lower house can prevent important bills from being passed. Even the $9.5 billion bill for emergency aid to Ukraine, Israel, and other allies has not yet received salvation. In this context, the Senate on february 29 approved the bill for the temporary extension of government funds. This bill has been sent to the US President for approval. It approved a short-term extension of funding for some government agencies till march 8 and for others till march 22. To this extent, the Senate has approved the bill. President Biden said he would sign the legislation.
