CCTV showed the suspect in the Bengaluru bomb incident wearing a mask, white helmet, and grey shirt while carrying an idli dish into the well-known Rameshwaram Cafe. Around 1 pm on Friday, there was an explosion in Bengaluru's Whitefield district that resulted in the injuries of ten individuals, including customers and personnel, according to the police.

At around 11.30 am, the 30-year-old suspect entered the café carrying a bag that was allegedly holding the bomb. Around 11:38 p.m., he made an order for rava idli and was caught on tape by a CCTV system mounted above a café counter.

He was observed in the wash basin closet at around 11:44 am, despite not having had the meal. He was observed exiting the café a minute later. The detonation occurred at around 12:56 PM.

The guy was seen carrying the suitcase and approaching the eatery in another CCTV clip.

The low-intensity explosion was likely triggered by an improvised explosive device (IED) with a timer inside a bag, according to police suspicions.

In relation to the incident, a complaint has been filed under the strict Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act and the Explosives Substances Act.

To assist the local police in their investigation, representatives from the National Security Guard (NSG) and the National Investigation Agency (NIA) arrived at the location on Saturday.

Co-founder and managing director of Rameshwaram Cafe divya raghavendra Rao stated that the company was assisting officials and authorities with their inquiries.
