On Saturdays, banks in hyderabad and other indian towns will begin to observe vacations. Banks are now open on other Saturdays, except the second and fourth Saturdays, which are holidays.
 
Govt Notification Awaited
A government notice is still due, despite the All india bank Officers' Confederation declaring that all Saturdays are recognized as holidays under the Joint Note between the indian Banks Association and the All india bank Officers' Confederation.
 
Banks want to observe Saturdays as holidays, therefore adjustments to working hours are probably in store. Unofficially verified, but possible nonetheless, is that banks will put in an extra forty minutes a day of labor.
 
Apart from the resolution to observe holidays on Saturdays, a consensus has been reached over an annual wage boost of 17 percent.
 
Holidays for banks in hyderabad in March

Good Friday, Holi, and Mahashivratri have been proclaimed holidays. There are also the second and fourth Saturdays, five Sundays, and so on. Hyderabad's banks will all be closed on these holidays.

The banks in hyderabad are set to observe 10 holidays in march 2024, as declared by the bank OF INDIA' target='_blank' title='reserve bank of india-Latest Updates, Photos, Videos are a click away, CLICK NOW'>reserve bank of india (RBI) under the Negotiable Instruments Act. According to the RBI, there are a total of 15 bank holidays this month, but banks in the city will be closed on 10 days.
