On the other hand, the price per square foot in hyderabad ranges from Rs. 4,000 to Rs. 4,700.
 
Hyderabad also maintains its competitiveness in the mid-rise luxury apartment market, with building prices between Rs. 2,600 and Rs. 3,000 per square foot, as opposed to Rs. 2,750 to Rs. 3,200 per square foot in Mumbai.
 
When it comes to business structures, hyderabad once more proves to be an affordable choice. While hyderabad provides a more inexpensive range of Rs 3,100 to Rs 4,200 per sqft, mumbai might charge between Rs 3,650 and Rs 4,450 per sqft for high-rise commercial buildings.
