In march 2024, hyderabad had a 10% decrease in the number of residential property registrations month over month, with 6,416 properties registered overall. These properties were worth a total of Rs 4,039 crore, which is 7% less than the previous month. The districts hyderabad, Medchal-Malkajgiri, Rangareddy, and sangareddy are covered by this data. With 46% of registrations, the Rangareddy district dominated the market, followed by hyderabad (14%), Medchal-Malkajgiri (40%), and Rangareddy district (46%).

70% of all registrations were for apartments between 1,000 and 2,000 square feet, which dominated the market. The interest in larger residences over 2,000 square feet increased to 15%, while the desire for smaller homes under 1,000 square feet fell to 16%.
 
In terms of cost, residences between Rs 25 lakh and Rs 50 lakh accounted for the majority of property registrations (45%). Nevertheless, the proportion of properties under Rs 25 lakh decreased, accounting for just 14% of all registrations. However, upscale homes costing more than Rs 1 crore saw a rise in their percentage to 16% from 10% in march of the prior year.
 
Hyderabad's average price of residential homes sold increased by 12% in value over the previous year. At 13%, Medchal-Malkajgiri had the biggest price increase, while hyderabad and ranga reddy districts recorded hikes of 3% and 8%, respectively.
