This lok sabha election season, BRS chairman k. chandrashekar rao has been actively campaigning for his party. He has embarked on a 17-day "Bus Yatra" and is touring telangana with road performances. Throughout the tour, this bus has been expressly tailored to satisfy KCR's demands. It is previously known that in december of last year, kcr had a hip injury. He would find it challenging to go to the top of the bus each day when doing roadshows. Therefore, for his comfort, a lift has been set up within the vehicle.

When kcr was doing the Suryapet road performance, a video showing him riding the lift to go on top of the bus became popular on social media. His bus Yatra is scheduled to end at siddipet on May 10 with a sizable public gathering. In an attempt to revitalize their party after last year's defeat in the assembly elections, kcr and his BRS brigade are aiming to win the most seats in the lok sabha elections.

KCR has avoided the spotlight and hasn't attended to many news conferences since he lost the election. BRS has been mired in a number of scandals over the last several months, including the phone-tapping incident, the delhi Liquor fraud (which resulted in Kavitha's incarceration), and the kaleshwaram fraud. For days, kcr has said nothing about Kavitha's arrest or the phone-tapping controversy. At last, he spoke them candidly in a recent tv interview.
