Ritu Varma, who wowed audiences with her performances in films like 'Pelli Choopulu' and 'Kesava', has agreed to work with sundeep kishan on a film, while nidhi Agarwal is looking for a big comeback with films like 'Hari Hara Veera Mallu' and 'Rajasaab', and anjali has undergone an image makeover for her next film 'Gangs of Godavari'. After appearing in other language films, it appears that glam divas are returning to Tollywood. Nonetheless, these divas join another famous actress, Trisha, who is back with a big-ticket blockbuster, 'Vishwambhara', starring Chiranjeevi.

Mehreen Pirzada (Spark), avika gor (Umapathi), and hansika motwani (My Name is Shruthi) had attempted to reclaim their former fame in Tollywood, but in vain. "Honestly, it would be difficult for a few divas to regain their past glory," acknowledges Lagadapati Sridhar, the producer. "Actresses below 28 or 29 years will have more chances while divas over 30-plus divas will have to work even harder because new actresses have cropped up."

Women such as hansika motwani, avika gor, and anu emmanuel had successful careers in telugu cinema. Hansika's singles included 'Desamaduru' and 'Dhenikaina Ready', while avika gor became a household name in telugu regions with songs like 'Uyyalla Jumpala' and 'Lakshmi Raave Maa Intiki'. Despite sharing screen space with prominent actors like allu arjun (Naa peru Surya) and naga chaitanya (Shailaja reddy Alludu), anu emmanuel failed to achieve box office success.
Few glam divas attempted to build a name for themselves in kollywood and bollywood but were unsuccessful. The cliché "out of sight, out of mind" certainly applies to certain women, as a new breed of actresses rose to prominence in the meantime," says producer Abhishek Nama, recalling the rapid rise of Rashmika, Sreeleela, and Mrunal Thakur. "Making it difficult for comeback divas," he continues.
However, women like shruti Haasan, who returned to telugu cinema with 'Krack', proved her mettle by delivering two more successes, 'Veerasimha Reddy' and 'Waltair Veerayya'. "Shruti is selectively working with senior heroes, and it is paying off well. She has a hat-trick in telugu films, but such occurrences are rare," Nama says.
