The andhra pradesh government suggested setting up a technical committee to look at the projects that have been put on hold in the amaravati capital City area. This committee's recommendations would determine the best course of action for the halted projects in the capital city area.
 
It would list the difficulties facing the capital city region and make recommendations for how to fix them. This group would include a representation from the Vigilance and Enforcement Department as well as chief engineers from the R&D, VMC, APCPDCL, ADCL, and APCRDA.

The chief engineers of ADCL and APCRDA would coordinate the activities of ADCL and CRDA, respectively. There would be nine different topics covered in the committee's report. Within a month, an examination of the existing state of affairs is anticipated, followed by a report.

The committee would assess the different half-constructed structures' structural conditions. They would also take into account the acknowledged contributions made to the creation of these structures. The technical committee would also calculate the losses related to the pipelines that were installed for the road, drainage system, and water supply, as well as the communications and electrical projects.
 
Pipes, iron, and other raw materials that haven't been utilised in the last five years will have their material quality and durability examined by the committee. Anywhere that needs repair, the committee would bring it up. The group would offer uniform directives about the location of the halted projects. In addition, the committee would assess and suggest to the government the claims made by different contract businesses.
