It appears that Allu Arjun's 22nd movie will be his most ambitious and large-scale endeavor to date.  This high-budget movie, which was produced by sun Pictures and directed by atlee, is scheduled to open soon.  Pre-production is now in progress, and the script is locked. There are reportedly five heroines in the movie. According to reports, every character is tailored to fit the plot arc, which is uncommon even in high-profile commercial movies. 

The main talk, though, is about Allu Arjun's dual position as villain and hero.  Strong insider leaks indicate that this twist is almost certain, even though there is no official confirmation.  If accurate, that would put him in the company of a few people who have performed similar parts, such as Shah Rukh Khan in Fan, Rajinikanth in Robo, kamal haasan in Abhay, and Suriya in 24.  Even while these performances received a lot of attention, only a select few, like Robo, became massive box office hits. 

It is anticipated that this movie would be a commercial sci-fi entertainment with a superhero motif.  According to reports, atlee is creating a villain role that has never been seen in indian cinema.  With multinational technical teams involved, the movie will mostly rely on state-of-the-art visual effects.  Rumor has it that a foreign actor may be chosen to play an enigmatic enemy.  This makes an already big endeavor even more intriguing.
 
The most costly movie in Allu Arjun's career, it is scheduled for release in 2026. It is reported that the budget exceeds 600 crores.  Allu Arjun is actively involved in every step of production to make sure the movie satisfies international standards, riding high on Pushpa's success.
