After learning about his wife's suspected adulterous affair with a gym trainer in Indore, a 40-year-old man from madhya pradesh made an effort to end his life by ingesting poison. He penned a four-page suicide letter and made a heartbreaking video in which he accused his wife and her supposed lover of betraying him and harassing his mind.

Thankfully, the man received timely medical attention and is currently safe.

The incident happened in the Aerodrome area on wednesday night.  The police have collected the suicide note as evidence, and the unsettling video is also making the rounds on social media.

Police claim that Dinesh Mishra, the son of a former police officer, is the complaint.

Dinesh accused his wife and her supposed lover, local gym trainer Mohammad Maqsood Khan, of ruining his life in his suicide letter.

He asserted that once his wife joined the gym where Khan worked, they started an affair.  Dinesh claimed to have documentation of the two's regular late-night phone conversations and money transactions.

The accused hid his religion
He also called the affair "Love Jihad" and claimed that Khan concealed his faith in order to be near his wife.

He stated, "My family is ruined because of Maqsood Khan," describing how the humiliation and emotional strain drove him to make this decision.

Dinesh added that he has complained about the harassment to the police several times but that each time he was ignored.  Now that the reports have been substantiated, the Aerodrome police are looking into which officers were involved and what was done.

Additionally, he claimed to have video proof of his wife leaving the house late at night and calling Khan on tape while requesting that Dinesh leave the room.

The video and the suicide note have been gathered as evidence by the police, who have begun an inquiry.  Senior officials have started recording comments and are currently investigating the case.
