
The Central Board of Secondary Schooling (CBSE) has decided to continue allowing college students who studied primary mathematics (241) in class 10 to take mathematics (041) in elegance 11, provided the scholar has the potential and flair to pursue the difficulty.
"The rest on this rule to maintain further for the educational session 2025-26 onward. For that reason, college students who provided mathematics fundamental (241) are also allowed to provide arithmetic (041) in magnificence XI. Before allowing arithmetic (041) in elegance XI to such students, the head of the institution/school should ensure that the students have the capability to pursue mathematics (041) in magnificence XI," CBSE said in an announcement.
CBSE added two tiers of arithmetic for the secondary college exam from march 2020: arithmetic (fashionable) for individuals who need to opt for mathematics (041) at the senior secondary level and mathematics (simple) for individuals who aren't keen on pursuing mathematics at higher tiers.
Folks who took basic arithmetic in magnificence 10 are allowed to have a look at implemented arithmetic handiness.
But the board gave an exemption and allowed basic arithmetic students to examine Math in Elegance Eleven due to the COVID-19 pandemic and different troubles. This exemption will hold for the 2025-26 instructional consultation as well.
The board asked schools to pass this data to parents and students. The board added that after the subject is crammed inside the listing of candidates (LOC), it can't be changed later.
