He said that this pass, which will be available at a price of Rs. 3,000, will come into effect from august 15. Union minister nitin gadkari has said that through this, up to 200 trips can be traveled free of cost on national highways throughout the year. It will be valid for one year from the date of implementation or till 200 trips, whichever comes first.

He said that this initiative aims to regulate toll charges and ensure smooth, fast travel on national highways in India.
