The leaders of the india Alliance have unitedly opposed the voter revision work of the election Commission. On monday afternoon, the leaders of the india Alliance held a press conference at the RJD office. Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav said that we will protest against the Special Intensive Voter Revision Program 2025 across bihar on april 9. Road blockades will be done in every district of Bihar. Democracy is being attackedConstitutional institutions like the election commission are being misused. A conspiracy is being hatched to deprive the poor, deprived Dalits of bihar of their right to vote. He said that injustice is being done to poor voters. In protest against this, we will block the roads across Bihar. rahul gandhi will also participate in this. We will complete this work with full strength.

Tejashwi Yadav said that we had asked this question earlier also, and today we are asking again, does the election commission of india have the right to ask for only 11 documents to add names in the voter list under the bihar Special Intensive Voter Revision Program 2025? What is its constitutional and legal basis? Does the election commission of india have the right to consider only those 11 documents as valid and reject any other document? Tejashwi Yadav said that the election commission is completely confused. They are saying different things. Tejashwi said that people are forced to live in terror under the rule of Nitish Kumar.

Tejashwi Yadav said that the election commission told that four volunteers have been deployed with each BLO. We asked who these volunteers are and what the criteria are for their selection. Are they government employees or other people?? We demanded that the election commission publish the list of these volunteers like BLOs so that everyone can verify them. Tejashwi Yadav also said that the teachers working as BLOs are upset. They are constantly being called from the DM office. They are under pressure. You tell me whether they should do this work or teach in school. Teachers teaching in schools are being sent to people's homes to do the work of voter registration.
