Jet Airways Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Sanjiv Kapoor made a tweet on twitter after which user has sought a refund for cancelled flight tickets in 2019. sanjeev Kapoor was talking about Blue Tick on twitter, but twitter user piyush Trivedi commented on the refund, to which Sanjiv Kapoor gave a befitting reply to the person.
Sharing a report from The Wall Street Journal, Sanjiv Kapoor tweeted, "I'm one of those people who find it (Blue Tick) extremely pointless why not just add a $ sign or something for paid customers, and verify Maintain blue ticks for accounts? It's not rocket science."
At the same time, a user named piyush Trivedi commented on this. This person said, "Don't give knowledge, refund! (Don't promote, refund) for my cancelled flight from 2019." To this tweet, sanjeev Kapoor replied, "Thank you," but he also added, "I cannot personally give you the money, nor was I a part of Jet 1.0."
Apart from this, the CEO of Jet Airways also told the user that if they followed the refund process defined by NCLT (National Company Law Tribunal) after the suspended operation of "Jet 1.0", they would get the refund.
