1 teaspoon coriander powder

Instructions
1. Prepare the Potatoes
Boil potatoes until tender.
Peel and cut them into bite-sized cubes.
Set aside.
2. temper the Spices
Heat mustard oil in a pan until it starts to smoke slightly (this reduces the pungency).
Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and fenugreek seeds. Let them splutter.
