Kelsey Shaw made a total of 426 types of food and kept it in her pantry. To preserve food, Kelsey Shaw learned its best techniques by watching many videos and reading books. Shaw believes it is a tremendous skill. Kelsey Shaw has used the technique of dehydration and water canning for food preservation.


Kelsey Shaw has prepared breakfast, lunch and dinner for her family for 8 months. Now for the next 8 months, her family can do this by heating the food when they feel hungry. Kelsey knows how to preserve everything.
