The animal-like movements of this Turkish Ulas family make it different. The world came to know about this family in 2006 when the BBC made The Family That Walks On All Four documentary. Scientists and doctors were also surprised to know about it. 5 out of 19 members of this family use their feet and palms while walking. There is a kind of congenital deficiency in these people, due to which they are unable to walk by maintaining balance on their feet. Scientists called it backward evolution, it means human development going backwards.
Professor Humphrey said, I never thought that such a modern man could again return to the state of animals. Special scientists from the university of Liverpool say that the structure of their bones is slightly different from the rest of humans, due to which they move in this way.
