How does Black box work even after the accident?
There are actually two boxes in the black box. The first flight data recorder stores more than 25 hours of recorded information on 88 types of data including aircraft direction, altitude, fuel, speed, movement, and cabin temperature. This box can withstand a temperature of 11000°C for one hour while has the ability to withstand a temperature of 260°C for 10 hours. The colour of both these boxes is not black but red or pink so that it can be easily found. The cockpit voice recorder is the second gadget. This box records the sound of the aircraft during the last 2 hours in the aircraft. It records the sound of the engine, the sound of the emergency alarm, the sound of the cabin and the sound of the cockpit so that it can be known what was the environment of the aircraft before the accident.
How does it work even after the accident?
The black box continues to work for 30 days even without electricity. When this box falls at some place, it emits a beep sound/wave every second continuously for 30 days. The presence of this voice was detected by the search team at 2 to 3 km. It is recognized only from a distance. Another interesting thing about this is that it keeps on sending signals even from inside 14000 feet deep seawater.
