In the andhra pradesh assembly elections of 2024, the congress PARTY' target='_blank' title='ysr congress-Latest Updates, Photos, Videos are a click away, CLICK NOW'>ysr congress party, led by chief minister Y S jagan Mohan Reddy, is expected to win a second consecutive term in office. This is true regardless of whether the telugu desam party and Jana Sena form an alliance or even if the bharatiya janata party joins the coalition. This was discovered in an unbiased study carried out by a qualified organisation engaged in the pre-poll surveys. Although the survey's precise sample size is not yet public, the agency asserted that it was founded on in-depth, face-to-face meetings with voters.

According to the survey agency, "the interactions covered all the situations to study the voter's mood towards the government, opinion of the current mla or in-charge of the constituency, caste census, caste-wise voters' mood towards the candidate, anti-incumbency factor, possible alliances among the parties, etc."

According to the agency, the survey's margin of error is 2% and it was conducted with a 95% confidence level. According to the poll, the YSRC would take office again for a second term, albeit with a smaller majority. It predicted that the YSRC would receive roughly 46% of the state's votes, down from the 49.9% it received in 2019.

In the entire state, the telugu desam party would receive about 34% of the vote, compared to the Jana Sena Party's potential 14% support. But, if tdp and Jana Sena join the alliance and campaign together, the alliance will only receive 40% of the vote, while YSRCP will keep its 46% vote share. According to the poll, Jana Sena would perform better and receive 32% of the vote in the parliament districts of Machilipatnam, Eluru, Narsapuram, Amalapuram, and Kakinada.

According to the survey, the YSRC will win 118–130 assembly seats and 19–21 lok sabha seats if the tdp and Jana Sena do not form an alliance. With 39 to 46 assembly seats and 2-4 lok sabha seats, the tdp will prevail. The Jana Sena-BJP coalition will win 3-5 seats in the assembly and a single lok sabha seat. Four lok sabha seats and 15 assembly seats would see a competitive election.

The YSRC will win 100–110 assembly seats and 15–17 seats in the lok sabha if the tdp and Jana Sena form an alliance. Although its alliance partner Jana Sena will receive 6-12 assembly seats and 2-3 lok sabha seats, the tdp will receive 45–57 seats and 5-7 lok sabha seats. Three lok sabha seats and 19 assembly seats will see a competitive election. A number of YSRC MLAs and ministers are reportedly facing a hostile anti-incumbency environment in the state and risk losing their seats, according to the survey.
