In a shaming incident in state of Odisha, a school principal and hostel superintendent was caught in alleged illicit affair. The duo was in physical relationship in the school premises. This led the students to protest, in fact few students went on to thrashed the principal in full public view.
Degrading noble profession of teaching, a principal and hostel warden had intimate and sexual relationship in the school premises making students especially female students embarrassed. Principal Rajiv Lochan and hostel superintendent Sabitha Biswal was caught in compromising position last week by a group of students.
Fed up by the embarrassing behaviour of the duo, the students along with their parents and villagers staged a dharna in front of the school. Later principal Lochan was dragged outside his office and reportedly thrashed by students and villagers. Hostel superintendent also bore the brunt of the students, she was reportedly beaten as well.
Few girl students alleged that the duo used to romance openly in the school. district child protection unit's officer rushed to the spot, and rescued the duo upon receiving the information. Later they were handed to the police.
