Nitin Gadkari in 2023 was the salesman of dreams:

"₹15 petrol, same mileage, just wait for ethanol magic!"

Fast forward to 2025 — the magic trick is revealed. Same cars, same roads, but petrol is still burning holes at ₹100/ltr, with 20% ethanol blended in for extra propaganda flavor.

What happened to ₹15/ltr fuel? Poof! Vanished like BJP’s “Acche Din”.

Let’s be clear — ethanol blending was never about giving you cheap petrol. It was about saving oil imports, cutting emissions, and feeding farmers with a new market. But bjp packaged it like a “discount sale” for the common man, and now the common man is paying the bill.

₹15 petrol Promise, ₹100 petrol Delivery!!

Propaganda: 100%
Performance: 00%

The joke isn’t on ethanol. The joke is on us, for believing that bjp would ever let fuel prices fall when tax collections depend on it.

₹100 petrol hurts — yes. But the real sting is BJP’s habit of selling environmental policies as populist freebies, only to leave citizens with costlier reality and cheaper excuses.

And yet, bjp wants applause for “thinking green.” Meanwhile, common citizens are busy calculating how many cups of tea they must skip to fill a tank. The same party that promised economic miracles now asks us to celebrate 20% ethanol as a triumph, while our wallets shrink and our patience runs on fumes. The saffron label of progress has never been so overpriced — literally.

In the end, ethanol didn’t bring ₹15 petrol. It brought ₹100 fuel wrapped in saffron spin. jai Jumla. 🚩
