The pending case of Jia Khan is also completed today. The CBI has concluded that the actress has committed suicide on June 3, 2013. After lots of inquiry and other interrogation, CBI said, "The Board of Forensic Medicine Experts has confirmed that the death was suicidal by nature and this was confirmed based on the observation of the postmortem reports."
The Forensic Statement Analysis said that based on the suicide note written by Jiah she was found to have huge mental stress and under all circumstances it was clear that this was a suicide case.
It has to be noted that Sooraj Pancholi who is the son of Aditya Pancholi and Zarina Wahab is still booked under section 306 of Indian Penal Code (IPC) for abatement of suicide and now he has been also ruled out.
Regarding the charge against Sooraj, CBI said, "The intimate relation between Jiah and Sooraj, physical abuse, mental and physical torture which was experienced by Jiah has lead her to commit suicide." CBI also said Jiah was four weeks pregnant and she aborted before the fetus started growing.
