Maverick maker Puri Jagannadh has been out of form as the director once known for blockbuster movies like Pokiri, Idiot, Badri, Amma Nanna O Tamil Ammayi, Businessman has not been able to give a hit post Temper and his last few movies like Loafer and Rogue were disasters.
Adding to the wound was his son's debut movie Mehbooba again directed by Puri himself and the movie tanked with poor reviews and pathetic screenplay. Now his son Akash Puri after conducting new photoshoots is all set to return as a hero again.
His next movie as a hero has been titled as Romantic and this movie will have story, screenplay, and dialogues by Puri Jagannadh himself and will be directed by debutant named Anil Paduri. This movie will be produced by Charmme and Puri again. Recently, during a media interaction, Puri revealed that he had scripts ready for Ram Charan and Mahesh Babu and both of them ignored. He said Ram Charan was not even ready to hear the script as he allotted bulk dates to 'RRR'.
