The film has been remade as paris paris in tamil, That Is Mahalakshmi in telugu, Butterfly in kannada and Zam Zam in Malayalam. While the tamil version has kajal aggarwal playing the female lead, the telugu, kannada and malayalam versions have tamannaah, Parul Yadav and manjima mohan reprising Kangana's role respectively.

Recently kajal aggarwal had recently interacted about paris Paris. and during her interaction, she had said that she was immersed in the performance of kangana In Queen, and the story of the transformation of a girl from a caterpillar to a butterfly had impressed her so much.
