Director Pa Ranjith's Neelam Productions banner had released it's second production venture Irandam Ulaga porin Kadaisi Gundu last year and this movie as helmed by debutant Athiyan Athirai starring Dinesh and Anandhi.
Actress riythvika former bigg boss winner had arranged a special show and had called her fellow bigg boss contestants such as janani, Mumtaj, Sendrayan besides season three contestant director cheran who was all praises for the movie.
Cheran praised Riythvika's performance and heaped praises on director Athiyan Athirai and producer Pa Ranjith for making a good movie and also has told them to continue delivering such quality movies. cheran had lashed out at Pa Ranjith's Attakathi before several years. chennai sources have stated that kollywood director cheran has told the media people that he didn't speak ill about the Ceylon based tamil people. Few are in favor of him and few are against his saying. When asked about the matter director cheran has told that he had spoken some truth before all and he need not ask for apologizing him.
