Director Ameer as a director has delivered blockbuster movies such as Mounam Pesiyadhe, ram and Paruthi Veeran and went on to debut as a lead in the movie yogi helmed by Subramaniam Siva.
Ameer was last seen as gangster Rajan delivering an acclaimed performance in Vetrimaran's Vada Chennai. After a break, Ameer has become hero yet again with the movie Naarkaali which is bankrolled by Adam Baava.
