Director turned actor sasikumar had last acted as Dhanush's brother and an undercover cop whose character brings a big change in the life of the protagonist in the movie Enai Nokki Paayum Thotta, the stylish action-romance flick helmed by gautham Vasudev Menon.
Sasikumar was last seen playing the lead role next in the long-delayed movie Nadodigal 2 which happens to be the soul sequel of the 2009 superhit family and friendship based entertainer Nadodigal helmed by samuthirakani and starring Sasikumar, ananya, Bharani, vijay Vasanth.
