karthi was last seen with Kaithi, which was the second directorial venture of Managaram fame lokesh kanagaraj and the movie which clashed with bigil has crushed the movie and has replaced it in most of the centers and is turning out to be a massive hit. 

Now, he directs vijay and fans have found that Kaithi was a copy from the hollywood flick Assault on precinct 13 directed by john Carpenter
