'Pushpa' is an upcoming telugu action thriller movie written and directed by Sukumar. The movie is funded by naveen Yerneni and Y. ravi shankar of movie MAKERS' target='_blank' title='mythri movie makers-Latest Updates, Photos, Videos are a click away, CLICK NOW'>mythri movie makers banner along with Muttamsetty Media. allu arjun essays the lead role while rashmika mandanna does the female lead role. jagapathi babu, prakash raj, Dhananjay, and sunil are part of the supporting cast. devi sri prasad has composed tunes.


The technical team involves Miroslaw Kuba Brozek for Cinematography and Karthika srinivas for editing. Fahadh Faasil is doing the role of antagonist in this movie.  The movie is a Pan-India film and it was initially scheduled to release on august 13, 2021. But due to the ongoing COVID crisis just like other biggies, the delay was inevitable and the makers have planned to release the movie in two parts. 


This is Allu Arjun‘s first pan india project that will release in as many as five languages simultaneously. Now, allu arjun has increased his salary and has demanded an exorbitant amount as his salary. Apart from the remuneration, allu arjun will also get a share of the movie's profit. If trade reports are to be trusted, allu arjun came on board for remuneration of 30 Crores, and now as the movie gets released in two parts, he demands 60 Crores along with a share of the movie's profit.
