Thala Ajith’s Valimai seals its OTT partner and its revealed to be Zee 5.
Thala Ajith’s upcoming movie ‘Valimai’ is one of the most awaited movie in Kollywood. This will be the second collaboration of ajith with the promising director H.Vinoth. Also, unlike their first collobration, Valimai is original script of Vinoth while their first collaboration Nerkonda Paarvai was a remake of ‘Pink’. The movie completed its shoot a week or two back and is currently going through post production.
Being so, the latest buzz about the movie is that Zee 5 has sealed the deal for OTT Premiere of the movie. Thus Zee 5 will be releasing the movie after the completion of it’s theatrical run. Speaking of theatrical run, the makers are contemplating the possible release dates. The movie is currently expected to release for diwali clashing with Rajinikanth’s Annathe however ajith has good rapport with director Siva and hence it’s buzzed that ajith will opt for a different release date. A decision is expected to be reached soon.
The movie stars kartikeya as the villain while huma qureshi is playing the female lead. yogi babu is present in the movie for a key role. yuvan shankar raja is composing music and songs for the movie. Zee Studios and Bayview Projects LLP are bankrolling the movie.
