For this movie, Team Bhagavanth kesari reworked the well-known balakrishna song "Danchave Menatta Koothura." The song, which has been crooned by rahul sipligunj, includes balakrishna, kajal aggarwal, and Sreeleela. The mass song had moviegoers swaying in anticipation as the group danced to the upbeat melody. balakrishna is seen wearing a red suit and going for the salt-and-pepper look in the newly popular still.

Sreeleela and Kajal are wearing sarees. The song was created by Thaman and has a vibrant appearance. Online rumors state that on november 23, 2023, Bhagavanth kesari would debut digitally on the over-the-top video service Amazon Prime Video. Notably, there have been no formal pronouncements from the team about this. In this film, kajal aggarwal plays the major female character, while arjun rampal plays the antagonist. Significant parts in the movie are also played by ravi Shankar, Sarathkumar, raghu Babu, and others.
