Indian cricketer Ishant Sharma and his wife Pratima Singh are on cloud nine as they have been blessed with a baby girl.
Ishant Sharma is one of the top cricketers of the indian cricket team. The right-arm fast-medium bowler joined the indian cricket team as an 18-year-old and went on to establish himself as the winner of the 'Arjuna Award' in 2020. Ishant is married to Pratima Singh, who is a national-level basketball player by profession. Recently, both of them announced the happiest news of their lives as they have started a new chapter together.

On november 3, 2023, Ishant Sharma shared a lovely picture on his insta handle in a joint post with his wife Pratima Singh. The two announced their transition as parents with the arrival of their baby girl. The picture note reads 'It's a baby girl' in pink font.
The photo also included a note that read, “A new baby symbolizes the beginning of all things. A beautiful dream of wonder, hope, and possibilities. Pratima and I are happy to announce the arrival of our baby girl. Apart from this, the happy parents also wrote a joint caption with the post, in which they expressed happiness at welcoming a new member to their family. Calling their daughter's arrival a 'dream wrapped in pink', the sports couple wrote, “A new baby girl, a world of wonder, hope, and dreams, wrapped in pink. We are very excited to introduce the newest member of our family.”
When Pratima and Ishant celebrated the baby shower ceremony with their special people
On september 26, 2023, Pratima Singh shared a clip on her insta handle, in which several moments were captured during the couple's grand baby shower ceremony. As the clip progressed, we got a glimpse of the grand decorations of the event, which were filled with colorful balloons and the best lighting arrangements for the decor. For the special day, Pratima wore a black dress with a white embroidered net cover. She wore a 'mommy-to-be' sash. On the other hand, Ishant was seen with his wife in a white shirt and gray pants.
In several other clips of the video, we see the two cutting a white two-tier cake with their family and friends. Additionally, we also got a glimpse of some cute-looking kids-themed gifts that were set out on the table. Pratima had also written a long note along with the clip, in which she expressed her gratitude towards her friends for organizing a dreamy baby shower ceremony. 
Part of it can be read as "This date has become a very special day in my life. Thank you akanksha for organizing this amazing surprise baby shower for me. I never knew you and Ishant would do this for me. How did you manage to maintain the surprise?
