'Ulaganayagan' kamal haasan and 'Superstar' Rajinikanth, two unrivaled titans of indian cinema, recently enjoyed a pleasant moment on the sets of their respective films—Indian-2 and Thalaivar 170. What makes this encounter even more memorable is that it took place in the same studio after a 21-year hiatus.

The photograph that captures this cherished occasion shows kamal haasan and Rajinikanth having a lighter moment, exemplifying the camaraderie that has defined their friendship and working relationship throughout the years. Shankar's Indian-2 is the widely awaited sequel to the 1996 smash Indian. kamal haasan reprises his renowned role as Senapathy, the warrior against corruption, in the film.

Thalaivar 170, on the other hand, continues Rajinikanth's pursuit of varied characters as he partners with brilliant directors to bring unusual storylines to life. The film's director is TJ Gnanavel. Thalaivar 170, as the film's working title suggests, is directed by TJ Gnanavel of jai Bhim fame. After 32 years, amitabh bachchan will reunite with star Rajinikanth in this film. Ritika Singh, Manju Warrier, Tushara Vijayan, Rana Daggubati, and Fahadh Faasil have also been hired as extras.

Rajinikanth is expected to portray a retired police officer in the film. It is also believed that the film would be about a fictitious meeting. After Petta, Darbar, and Jailer, Anirudh Rajinikanth will compose music for this film.
