Gone are the days of bragging about your favourite hero's film's complete run in theatres based on the number of days. The records and keyboard battles now begin with teasers, glimpses, and trailer views inside the first 24 hours. With each star-studded film, the number of views in the first 24 hours reaches new heights. To begin with NTR's most recent film Devara, the trailer earned a record high of 26.17 million views, breaking all previous records in South films.

Guntur Kaaram's Glimpse is second only to Devara with 20.98 million views, with pushpa 2 coming in third with 20.45 million. Liger has 15.92 million views, UBS has 15.77 million views, The OG has 14.49 million views, kalki 2808 AD has 11.94 million views, and bheemla nayak has 8.49 million views among the top eight.

While Devara dominates in peek views, Mahesh Babu's guntur Kaaram teaser outperformed the Dinosaur Salaar trailer in views to remain on top. Mahesh's guntur Kaaram trailer received 37.65 million views in 24 hours, outperforming Salaaar by more than 5 million. Salaar had 32.5 million views for its trailer.

In comparison to other South films, Vijay's LEO and Beast ranked third and fourth, with 31.9 million and 29.1 million views, respectively. Mahesh's Sarkaaru Vaari paata climbed to fifth place with 26.7 million views, while prabhas Radhe shyam remained in sixth place with 23.6 million.

Well, there are far more anticipated films coming up, and it remains to be seen how these records will be broken (or not).
