Drishyam: ajay Devgan's 'Drishyam' is ready to create a stir in Hollywood, remake to be made in these languages including English


Actor ajay Devgan is in the news these days about his upcoming film 'Shaitan'. However, even before this, ajay has worked in many remake films. 'Drishyam' gave a new wing to the actor's career. This film was no less than a lucky charm for Ajay. Now a big good news has come regarding the film. After showing its magic in hindi cinema, the film is now ready to work its magic in Hollywood. After several remakes in indian languages and a Chinese remake, Jeethu Joseph's Drishyam is all set to take over Hollywood. An english remake of the 2013 malayalam film will now be made. This film starred Mohanlal, Meena, Ansiba Hassan, and esther Anil in lead roles.

 Sridhar Pillai wrote on his blog, 'After achieving huge success in india and china markets, Drishyam franchise is all set to go global. Producers kumar mangat Pathak and abhishek Pathak announced the Korean remake of the thriller franchise at the Cannes Film festival 2023 and now Panorama Studios has joined hands with Gulfstream Pictures and Jot Films to make Drishyam in Hollywood.' Pictures and Jot Films will make Drishyam in Hollywood, which will be a first for an indian film.

Panorama Studios has purchased the international rights of the film from the original producer of Drishyam 1 and 2, due to which now the film Drishyam can be made in many languages other than US and Korean. Apart from this, a deal will also be signed soon for the Spanish version of the film.

Pillai also revealed in his post that Panorama Studios has also picked up the international remake rights of the malayalam film from the original producer. Even the Korean and english versions of the 'Drishyam' franchise are in production. Not only this, but preparations are in full swing to produce the film in other languages also.
