She believes that star kids easily get opportunities in the industry.

Nushrratt Bharuccha On Nepotism

Nushrratt made her bollywood debut with the release of Sonakshi Sinha's dabangg and Shraddha Kapoor's Teen Patti. But even after her film Pyaar Ka Punchnama became a hit, she did not get many opportunities. Even in the sequel of the comedy film Dream Girl, she was replaced by ananya Pandey. Recently, the actress has spoken openly about all this.

In an interview given to Shubhankar Mishra, Nushrratt Bharuccha gave her opinion on nepotism and star kids. She said- 'I will not call them repo kids because I do not like that term. I am speaking the truth. I don't see it that way. I think you are also an actor. You also have your struggles, you also have your pressures. Yes, you get opportunities and inroads which we don't get.'

Regarding star kids, the Chhori 2 actress further said- 'They reach places where I cannot reach. We can knock on those doors whose address I don't even know. Suppose I have to meet this producer-director, who will give me the number or where do I get the office address from? Whom do I ask? This is a very practical problem but it is a real problem. When I did 'Pyaar Ka Punchnama' and I had to message a director, where do I get the number from? Where do I get his address from?'

Nusrat Bharucha further talked about her meeting with kabir khan despite being an outsider. She said- 'At that time, director Kabir Khanwho was very big. I messaged him thinking who knows whether he will reply or not. He replied. I was happy for a month when I got a reply from Kabir Khan sir. He also called me to meet him. I went to meet him and I said Sir I am so touched that you replied.'
