Raveena Tandon on Bond with akshay kumar and shilpa Shetty: “We’ve All Moved On”


In the 1990s, raveena tandon and akshay kumar were one of Bollywood’s most talked-about couples, with even rumors of an engagement before their eventual separation.


After their breakup, akshay kumar was linked to shilpa Shetty, which sparked speculation about tension between Raveena and shilpa at the time.


However, years later, Raveena has clarified that there is no bad blood between any of them and that everyone has moved forward in life.


In a conversation with Zoom, Raveena said, “There were no problems. I wasn’t in that environment. We still laugh about many things.”


She added that not just she and Shilpa, but all of them eventually became friends again, acknowledging that they were young at the time.

Raveena emphasized that link-ups, breakups, and relationships are common in the film industry and part of growing up.


She clearly stated, “Today, Akshay and I are friends. shilpa and I are friends. We’re all friends. We’ve moved on and are happy for our families and children.”


Raveena and Akshay will soon reunite on screen in the upcoming film “Welcome to the Jungle.”


Speaking about working together again, she said it was a fun and enjoyable experience, describing the film as very funny.


She highlighted the importance of maturity and understanding, saying that everyone is happy for one another now.


Raveena also mentioned her long-standing friendships with Govinda, sunil Shetty, and Jackie Shroff, noting that their reunions are still filled with laughter and nostalgia.


She described the 90s as a completely different era, filled with unique experiences and strong bonds.


On the professional front, Raveena was last seen in the 2024 film “Ghudchadhi,” alongside Sanjay Dutt.


She also appeared in “Patna Shukla,” which was released on OTT platforms in 2024.


Her upcoming projects include “Welcome to the Jungle,” and she is also set to star in a film with South actor Surya, though further details are yet to be announced.
