Karnataka's development is a top concern:PM Modi...

The development of karnataka has been a top priority for the governing BJP, according to prime minister Narendra Modi, whereas those in charge of the state's previous regimes used to divert its funds elsewhere. He added that his administration had contributed to India's advancement by bringing both tradition and technology with it.

"Once, after Karnataka's government was established, people started taking money out of it. After launching the "Barisu kannada Dim Dimava," he stated that the nation's funds and resources are currently being honestly allocated to Karnataka's growth "cultural event. According to him, the government of karnataka and the nation currently place a high priority on the growth of Karnataka.

The state received $11,000 crore yearly from 2009 to 2014 under the Congress-led UPA, but that amount has increased to $30,000 crore under his administration, according to the prime minister.

In the five years prior to 2014, when Modi assumed office, the state only got a total of 4,000 crore for railway projects; however, the amount in the most recent budget alone is 7,000 crore. Highway construction in the state used to cost close to 6,000 crore in the five years prior to his election, but for the past nine years, it has only cost 5,000 crore yearly, according to Modi. The rapid pace of growth is changing Karnataka's visage, he claimed.
