The campaign for the karnataka assembly elections ends today evening. On this occasion, prime minister Narendra Modi, senior congress leader rahul Gandhi, Priyanka, Union and state ministers are engaged in the final round of vote collection. Due to this, the election field is heated.

The karnataka Legislative assembly general election will be held in a single phase on May 10. prime minister Narendra Modi, Union home minister amit shah, bjp National President JP Natta, karnataka bjp election Co-incharge annamalai and others have been actively campaigning for the last few months as this election is considered as a preview for the 2024 lok sabha elections.

Prime minister Narendra Modi, who has already done several campaigns, took out a 26 km road rally in Bengaluru the day before yesterday.


Rally for 2nd day

Prime minister Modi started the rally at 10 am from Tippachandra in Bengaluru yesterday for the second day.

Standing in an open vehicle, he waved to the public and volunteers gathered on both sides of the road. Buoyed by this, the bjp workers showered flowers on prime minister Modi and welcomed him.

10 km Modi covered the distance in about 2 hours and collected votes from people belonging to 10 constituencies.

Prime minister Modi reached shimoga by plane at 2 pm and campaigned in support of bjp candidates contesting in Malanadu karnataka region. He went to Nanjangud at 5 pm and addressed a public meeting asking for votes from Old Mysuru mandal candidates.

Union minister amit shah campaigned vigorously in Thottaballapur, chief minister Basavaraj in Toy Koppal and former chief minister Yeddyurappa in Shikaripura.
