Whenever the election season is approaching the political parties prepare a long list of things. Basically, they are the assurances that these parties give in order to woo the voters and win the elections. So, this time the congress and TDP are going to have a clash and competition in terms of that.
In terms of competition TDP is far ahead because Chandrababu Naidu has given a long list of assurances and he is confident that he will fulfill all of them. Top among them are Nagadhu Badili, loan waiver to farmers, cancellation of belt shops, separate banks for women and many other things.
As for Congress they are already proceeding with their offers like Arogyasri, free power, loan waivers, cheap rice, fees reimbursement and other schemes. What remains to be seen is which set of assurances can convince the voter and which party will win this mind game. This we will know in 2014.
