It is being said that CM N Kiran Kumar Reddy has instructed by Congress bosses to simply take things easy regarding the Telangana bill issue. Kiran’s absence when the Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Bill, 2013 was brought to the AP State Assembly is being hinted at for such an understanding.
Sources say Congress leadership had advised Kiran to keep off for a while even as the process of bifurcation can be completed without any obstacles. His absence was justified saying he had viral fever.
However, he was away from the House when the crucial bill was being tabled even as the Speaker stayed off during afternoon and Deputy Speaker Mallu Bhattivikramarka took his place. Sridhar Babu then asked permit the debate on the bill and Vikramarka immediately got into action!
