From Midnight, State of Emergency in Sri Lanka..!?

President Gotabaya Rajapaksa declared a state of emergency from midnight today as large numbers of people gathered outside the Sri Lankan parliament today. sri lanka which is our neighboring country is facing many problems like rising prices, foreign exchange deficit, power cuts, fuel shortages, and also the impact on various essential things. Following this, the
 Resignations of  Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa and Sri Lankan President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa has been protested by the people. Outside the Chancellor's office, protesters have been besieging him for a month, but the Rajapaksa brothers have refused to resign. In this situation, a large number of trade unions and students have besieged parliament the night before yesterday and raised slogans against the government. To support this struggle, the public and all families came in.Suddenly thousands of people gathered before the parliament which caused a stir. Immediately a large number of policemen were mobilized there.
As the situation worsened, Sri Lankan President Gotabaya Rajapaksa took action to maintain law and order. Accordingly, a state of emergency was declared from midnight today. people have been suffering from high prices and also students have been stopped from writing exams due to paper scarcity.
