Why Rishi Sunak is moving to a small  flat?

Britain's richest new british prime minister Rishi Sunak and his family, despite having a luxury property in london, will leave everything and live in a flat above number 10 Downing Street. Sunak's portfolio of properties reportedly includes a penthouse in California, an apartment in the exclusive Kensington district of london, and a mansion in his Yorkshire constituency in the north of England.

The Secretary to the prime minister has confirmed that he is moving to Downing Street. The representative stated, "They will relocate to the unit at number 10." He said that he did not know that there was no need to renovate the flat. Deposed prime minister Boris Johnson lives in his flat next to No. 11 Downing Street.

The number 10 flat in Downing Street is in prime location but it is small. With Rishi Sunak going there, being the london home of the british prime minister, the flat will return. Let us tell you that traditionally british leaders lived in the flat above number 10 Downing Street. The main building above it is the official residence and office of the Prime Ministers of the country.

The chancellor usually lived in a large flat above number 11. To make room for Blair's expanding family, Gordon Brown and Tony Blair exchanged flats while serving as prime minister and chancellor, respectively.
