In hyderabad, 43% of landlords claim that their homes' rental yield is between 2% and 3%, while 17% think it is between 4% and 6%. Another 20% of landlords claim that the rental yield is between 4% and 6%. Additionally, 20% of landlords think the rental yield is greater than 6%. Investor interest is at an all-time high as a result of the increased rental yield.
