The demand for homes was mostly centered in the 1,000–2,000 square foot range (70%) and the 500–1,000 square foot units (6%). Demand for properties bigger than 2,000 square feet increased as well, with registrations climbing to 11% in august from 9% in august 2022.With 43% of registered home sales, Medchal-Malkajgiri continuously holds the top spot. Rangareddy district comes closely behind with 39% of registered sales. In contrast, 17% of the registrations were in the hyderabad district. Due to the Reserve bank of India's decision to maintain interest rates at their current levels since april 2023 and the increased demand for practical living quarters, hyderabad registered 6,493 residential properties in august 2023, the second-highest number of the year.
