Senior party leader Arvinder Singh Lovely officially took charge of the command of delhi congress today.

After taking charge, Arvinder Singh Lovely said that, our first priority is to strengthen the organization and

Arvinder Singh Lovely further said that, for the first time after five years, the congress leadership and
