The bjp led government in haryana has started Mukhyamantri Tirth yatra Yojana for the elderly. Regarding
this, aam aadmi party (AAP) convenor and delhi chief minister arvind kejriwal said that bjp is trying to
work for the people by learning from his government. In a post on social media site X, kejriwal also offered
the help of his haryana counterpart Manohar Lal Khattar, who had recently announced the scheme.
In delhi, kejriwal had launched the chief minister Teerth yatra Scheme on 12 July 2019. Under this scheme,
the delhi government provides free travel packages for pilgrimage to senior citizens of the national capital.
Kejriwal said, “Till now the chief minister Teerth yatra Scheme was running only in delhi in the entire
country. The aam aadmi party (AAP) government launched such a scheme for the first time in Delhi. Under
this scheme, we have provided the facility of pilgrimage to more than 75,000 elderly people of Delhi. We are
happy that bjp is trying to work by learning from our government.

The chief minister of delhi said, “Khattar Saheb, if there is any problem in its implementation, please tell. We
will be very happy to help the people of Haryana. Khattar had said in one of his recent posts on Will provide
railway travel. For this, we have prepared Mukhyamantri Teerth yatra Yojana for people above 60 years of
age. You should definitely take advantage of this scheme.
