The election commission has issued a show cause notice to delhi bjp President Virendra Sachdeva over his

alleged statements and social media posts against delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal. The election commission has

issued this notice on the complaint of Aam Aadmi Party. Virendra Sachdeva keeps raising his voice against the

AAP government. In march this year, he was elected President of delhi BJP.

Let us inform that AAP Aamdi party lodged a complaint with the election commission on monday (November

20) against bharatiya janata party (BJP) for using baseless material on social media to tarnish the image of its

convener and delhi Chief minister arvind kejriwal charged to. Senior AAP leader and party MP Raghav

Chadha said that an AAP delegation requested the election commission to take cognizance of the complaint

and ensure appropriate action against the BJP. Expressing objection to a post made by bjp on social media on

November 5, he alleged, “BJP is using cheap and baseless material while trying to tarnish the image of our

party and leader Arvind Kejriwal. They are trying to assassinate his character.”

Last week, the election commission had issued a show cause notice to arvind kejriwal for the alleged

derogatory remarks made by the aam aadmi party (AAP) against prime minister Narendra Modi on his social


media handle and asked him to appear before him till november 16 on charges of violating the election code of

conduct. Was asked to answer. A day later, Chadha had accused bjp of running a derogatory and misleading

campaign against kejriwal on social media and said that AAP would file a complaint with the Election

Commission.
