On the eve of the 'International Day of Solidarity with the people of Palestine,' Israeli Ambassador to india Naor Gilon held a press conference on Tuesday, requesting that india identify Hamas as a terrorist organisation. Following the truce, Ambassador Gilon described Israel's attitude to the Gaza conflict. "The minute we finish the ceasefire, we are going back to the mission," Gilon said, reiterating Israel's determination to combat Hamas.

"We wanted to keep the pressure on Hamas." The truce was called to allow captives to be released. When they cease releasing, we will return to our original strategy. "Hamas must be defeated," he declared.

He also stated that israel was engaged in a proxy war with iran since all of the fighters and extremist groups were sponsored and paid by Iran.
